Mr Lu early music education with Mr Tang Seng Ling, the Head of the RTM.
Studied at the La Salle School Of Music, Singapore under Lynette Lim.
From the year 1993 to 1995, he had his Music Education in O.I.A.T, Kuala Lumpur. Studied Commercial
and classical orchestration and Composition with Mr Samuel Airy and Music Technology/Sound Engineering with Michael M Bloomandel.
He use to be the member of the KL City Hall Orchestra under the Baton of Mr Allan Burnham Airy, Assistant
conductor of the Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, UK.
Studied the Violin with Mr Barry Haskey,Concertmaster of the BBC,WALES Symphony Orchestra and
Electronic Music, Music Technology, Orchestration and Sound Engineering under Mr R.Butler in Cardiff UK.
From the year 1997 to 1998 he came under the tutelage of Mr.Clarence Myerscough,Violin Professor
from the Royal Academy of Music,London.
It was in this length of times, Mr Lu came under tutelage of two most prominent pedagogue Mr
Barry Hasky, pupil of the legendary Violinist Mr Henry Szeryng and Mr Clarenc Myerscough whose teacher was Rene Benediti Professor
from Paris Conservatoire.
While in Europe, Mr Lu attended the Durham Music Festival in 1998 and was appointed the Concertmaster.
His violin, Replica of a well know II Canonne Guarneri Del Gesu, 1742 model. This wonderful
unique Replica Canonne violin was a Master Handmade piece from the Award Winning Violin Marker Mr Scott Cao, USA.
For the past years Mr Lu have been involving himself as Music Director/Conductor/Tutors in String,
Orchestras, Choirs, Strings Ensembles and Brass Bands.Presently He is tutoring between Malaysia and Brunei.
